Hello! My name is Marlena and I have been a professional photographer for 15 years skilled in portraiture, architecture, product, and event photography. I have been published in Adelante Magazine, Huffington Post, INC Magazine, SKORCH Magazine, Bunch Magazine, The LA Girl. Clients reaching to MR Walls, The Grammys 2023, Mazda, Amber Rose Foundation, Women’s March LA, Worthy Women LLC, Lady Art Collective. I have over 20 years of experience being featured in various gallery exhibitions in Los Angeles, Santa Cruz and New York City as an artist and curator.
Currently, I am interested in developing young minds, helping students administer their own creative skillset and technique. I would love to teach photography, digital art, mixed media, painting and ceramics.
Photography
After the completion of this course, students will understand how to organize and develop artistic work. They will also learn the evolution of camera technology as it adapted and changed through time.
Digital Art
We will explore a course in Digital Art, which allows students to explore, develop, and cultivate the elements of art and the principles of design.
Painting & Ceramics
Students will learn how to develop hand working skills to administer their natural abilities as an artist with paints and natural clay.
